To the right of the lobby entrance, the Lounge offers intimate table settings; some nestled near the original fireplace of the Miguel Yorba adobe. In the center, the antiqued bar is reminiscent of the detailed wood-worked found in a historic mission or cathedral. Lounge doors open to a narrow outdoor seating area furnished with crafted wood and leather patio chairs.

Through the wood double doors, left of the lobby, this long private room with thick adobe walls, stained glass window niches, and artfully restored vaulted wood ceiling is perfect for small group dining. Artwork, Flemish oils of cattle originally pur-chased by the father of owner Richard O'Neill at the 1916 San Francisco Expo, are featured.

Just past the lounge on the right, the Balcony looks over the Margarita dining room and out towards the Palenque room.

Las Flores
50-60 guests

Down the wrought iron railed stairs, the semi-private Las Flores Room has the adobe ambiance plus beautiful windows with a view of the veranda and garden.

Garden-Chapel & Veranda 350 guests

The most recent addition, built in the 1960's, is the most popular setting for wedding receptions, dinner celebrations, balls, and social functions. This open atrium-like room offers a skylight ceiling that slides open to the sky. The room features its own antiqued wood bar. Floor to ceiling windows view the adjoining garden area along the southern wall. Terra cotta tile pavers make any space in the room a potential dance floor.

Garden & Chapel
up to 70 guests, ceremony seating 250

The enclosed Garden and Chapel area offers the perfect setting for a wedding ceremony… or an outdoor barbecue. The brick patio is surrounded with garden beds vibrant with trees & flowers. Trees twinkle with lighting at night. An architectural arch and altar with back-lit stained glass window create the "Chapel" area of the garden, near the Veranda

Wine Cellar up to 8 guests

Cárcel means jail, and indeed this is where the original jail was located; original iron bars still remain as well as the carvings in the adobe. Converted into a wine cellar, this room offers small party private dining.

Alive with flowers, the gazebo covered veranda offers shaded outdoor dining in a corner of the garden. Wonderful for showers or birthday brunches.
